Sanitary Stainless Actuated Butterfly Valves operate by applying plant air to open the valve and a spring inside the valve actuator to close the valve.
Our Sanitary Stainless Actuated Butterfly Valves are individually boxed per size with an air line coupler . As for the surface finish of the Sanitary Stainless Steel Actuated Butterfly Valve, our valve is polished to meet a 25 Ra outside diameter sanitary finish and is rated as a NEMA 4 wash down valve.
Each of the Sanitary Stainless Steel Air to Open/ Spring to Close Butterfly Valves stocked have the following features:
Clamp connection for easy on/off and simple assembly/disassembly for cleaning, inspection or replacing any worn parts. Our valve comes standard with a Silicone seat but we also stock either an EPDM or Viton® seat and can easily put either of those seats in the valve to meet your seat requests and to ship the day the order was placed. Our Stainless Steel Actuated Butterfly Valves have an 800K cycle test, a compact design when line space is critical, and can be washed down as they carry a NEMA 4 self sealed actuator.
